IIM-Trichy Witnessed 100% Placement this Season

IIM-Trichy’s batch of 2012-14 academic session received 100% placement as all the 85 of 103 students who registered for the placement got placed by popular enterprises. A total of 76 different firms and companies arrived at campus to recruit for 2014.

The 85 students who have secured job in this placement season have a median annual salary of 11 lakh. The remaining more than 10% students decided to pursue their own niche profiles through off campus recruitment.

With total offers being 86, the highest salary package was offered by Mahindra of 19.25 lakh for a general management role, whereas the minimum was paid as 6.1 lakh per annum.
The profiles on offer by the recruiters were seen as vice-president - strategy, executive assistant to CEO and consulting.

Other than Mahindra, other recruiters were Cognizant Business Consulting, ICICI Bank, HCL Technologies, Puravankara and Lakshmi Machine Works, and these all hired 4 or more students each.
