Eligibility Criteria for Research Associate Job

Educational Qualification:

Research Associate:

PhD  in  engineering  or  sciences  with  specialization  in  meteorology,  atmosphere  and / or  ocean  sciences,  remote  sensing,  physics,  Marine  Sciences  or  any  other  relevant  disciplines. Those who submitted PhD may also apply.

Experience working with regional climate models  such  as  WRF,  large  datasets  from  high  resolution  model  simulations  or  satellite  or  reanalysis  datasets.    Working  knowledge  in  any  of  the  following  analysis  tools  such  as  MATLAB,  NCL,  GrADS,  Ferret,  Python  etc.    Interest and / or experience in meteorological observations will be considered positively.
