Eligibility Criteria for Junagadh Agricultural University Faculty and Other Jobs:

Educational Qualification:

• Director of Research & Dean P.G. Studies- First Class Bachelors’ Degree in Agriculture and Allied Sciences.
• Registrar- A Master degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the U.G.C. 7.0 point scale.
• Professor & its equivalent- An eminent scholar with Ph.D. qualification(s) in the concerned/ relevant discipline and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as book and/or research/ policy papers.
• Associate Professor & its equivalent- Good academic record with Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/ relevant disciplines.
• Assistant Professor and its equivalent- Good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever, grading system is followed) at the Masters’ Degree level in a relevant subject of the concerned faculty from an Indian University.
