Therefore, we have formulated some useful tips and strategies to overcome the mismanagement during the KARTET preparation in the last days of the KARTET exam-
Analyze Syllabus First
In reality, it is not possible to cover the whole syllabus in a few days before the KARTET exam. But you can identify those topics to which you are not familiar. Start preparing them accordingly. To identify these topics, you have to analyze the KARTET syllabus first. At the time of syllabus inspection, you can easily figure out the topics, which need improvement. As you know all the subjects in the KARTET exam carry equal weight, skipping any topics may hamper your performance in the exam. Hence, prepare and prioritize your topic’s list accordingly so that you can attain KARTET qualifying marks easily.
Before going to study anything, it is imperative to prepare an effective timetable. This timetable must include 8 hours of daily study. The timetable must be prepared in a tabular form containing the time intervals and the name of topics to be studied. This timetable must be formulated carefully so that it does not conflict with your other daily activities. It is advised you to stick with this timetable strictly and please avoid overburdening yourself in the timetable. An effective timetable must contain the following things-
- You should allocate sufficient time to sleep and study breaks.
- Time to revise the pre-visited topics must be included in the timetable.
- The Timetable must be compatible and aligned with your physical and mental capabilities.
- Time to study new topics must be allocated adequately.
- The Timetable must be stationary and should not be configured periodically.
Prepare Study Notes
Study notes preparation is an important activity during the KARTET exam preparation. These study notes are very helpful in revising the complex topics quickly. Study notes are the outcome of several days of study. Hence, study notes must be written down carefully. It is advised that you should write these notes in a simple language and in the proper format so that you can revise all the facts whenever it is needed.
Study notes should only contain the factual information. Copying content directly from books is not recommended at all. You can carry these study notes till the last moment of the exam so that whenever there is any confusion in your mind, you can immediately quench it. So please do not skip to prepare these study notes.
Previous Year Papers
The KARTET previous year papers are also important in gaining insights of the various things including the overall difficulty level of exam, type of asked questions, and question’s distribution. The previous year papers will also help you in understanding the overall structure of the exam too. We recommend you to practice previous year papers of at least last 5 years. It is observed that in the KARTET exam similar type of questions are asked. Hence, while practicing the KARTET previous year papers, you can also prepare for this exam with relatively less-efforts.
