PGT (Economics, Geography, Political Science, Commerce Hindi, History, English, Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology) candidate seeking PGT posts should have Master Degree in the subject concerned with minimum 50% aggregate and B Ed. or equivalent from a recognized university.

TGT (Hindi/English /Sanskrit) candidate seeking TGT posts should have Bachelor’s Degree in subject concerned with minimum 50% aggregate (Part I, II &III Together) with B.Ed. or equivalent from a recognized university and CTET qualified.

TGT (Mathematics candidate seeking TGT posts: Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics/ Physics / Chemistry with minimum 50% (Part I, II &III Together) aggregate with B.Ed. or equivalent from a recognized university and CTET qualified

TGT (Social Science) candidate seeking TGT posts Bachelor’s Degree in History, Economics, Political Science/Geography with minimum 50% (Part I, II &III Together) aggregate with B.Ed. or equivalent from a recognized university and CTET qualified.

TGT (Science) candidate seeking TGT posts Bachelor’s Degree in Botany/Zoology/Chemistry with minimum 50% (Part I, II &III Together) aggregate with B.Ed. or equivalent from a recognized university and CTET qualified.

Primary Teachers candidate seeking TGT posts should have passed in Senior Secondary with 50% minimum in aggregate and TTC/JBT with CTET qualified.

PGT (Computer Science) candidate seeking PGT posts should have BE/B.Tech (Comp. Sci.) OR MCA,M.Sc.(Comp. Sci./IT) from a recognised university.

Computer Instructors post candidates should have BE/B.Tech (Comp. Sci.) OR BCA/MCA,M.Sc.(Comp. Sci./IT/ECSC), BSc. Comp. Science or PGDCA with post graduate degree in any subject with minimum ’A’ level from DOEACC.

Malayalam Instructor post candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree in Malayalam minimum 50% aggregate (Part I, II &III Together) with .B.Ed. or equivalent from a recognized university.

Vocational Instructors (Music/Dance/Art/ Craft) should have Degree in Music from a recognized university or equivalent qualification from other recognized institution. for the vocational instructor Craft Four years diploma in Fine Arts is required.

Yoga Teacher and Sports Coaches post candidate should have Graduation in any subject or equivalent from a recognized University. One year training in Yoga from a recognized university is required. For Sports University degree with recognized Diploma in Physical Education

Counsellor post candidate should have BA/B.Sc. (Psychology) with certificate of Diploma in Counseling and minimum of one year experience in providing career/ Educational counseling to students at schools.

Doctor post candidate should have minimum MBBS & registered with MCI/State Medical Council.

Nurse post candidate should have Diploma in Nursing from a recognised institute.

Candidates applying for the Kendriya Vidyalaya teachers posts should fall under the age category of 18-65 years. Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of interview.
