Eligibility Criteria for Chief Financial Officer Job

Educational Qualification: Master's degree in Accounting or Business Administration or CA or ICWA with at least 15 years of experience out of which minimum of 3 year experience as head of finance division in a reputed organization. Should have experience in Infrastructure projects and have a high level of written and oral communication skills Experience of working in Smart City Plans/ Smart City Projects will be given preference.

Eligibility Criteria for General Manager Job

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an institute of repute or university. Minimum 15 years post qualification experience. Out of this at least 5 years should be the Project Manager level independently handling projects. Preference will be given to candidate with Master’s degree in Civil engineering and those having Experience of working in Smart City Plans/ Smart City Projects.

Eligibility Criteria for Urban Planner Job

Educational Qualification: 1st class Master’s degree in Urban Planning (Regular) from an institute of repute with 7 years of experience of working on Urban Projects/ Spatial Plans/ Master Plans/ Integrated Land Use / Transport Plans for Indian cities. Experience of working/association in Smart City Plans/ Smart City Projects will be given preference.

Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Manager (E&M/Lifts & Escalators) Job

Educational Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from an institute of repute with minimum 03 years of post-qualification experience, or; Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from an institute of repute with minimum 08 years of post-qualification experience. The experience shall be in planning, procurement, contract management, installation testing and commissioning of Electrical & Mechanical gears (MEP). Preference will be given to the candidate those who possess experience in modern Metro Rail E&M systems.

Eligibility Criteria for Manager (Rolling Stock) Job

Educational Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from an institute of repute with minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience, or; Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from an institute of repute with minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience. The experience shall be in planning, procurement, contract management, testing & commissioning of Train / Rail cars of Metro Railway / Indian Railway systems. Preference will be given to those who possess experience in modern Metro Rail systems.

Eligibility Criteria for Deputy General Manager (Rolling Stock/E&M/P&T) Job

Educational Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering or equivalent from an institute of repute with minimum 08 years of post-qualification experience. The experience shall be in planning, procurement, contract management, testing & commissioning of Train / Rail cars of Metro Railway / Indian Railway systems. Preference will be given to those who possess experience in modern Metro Rail systems.

Eligibility Criteria for Manager (Civil) Job

Educational Qualification: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Construction of major buildings involving Civil, Structural, MEP, Fire safety Works and also architectural finishes for Degree Holders and 10 years similar post qualification experience for Diploma Holders. Preference will be given for those having experience in construction of Buildings in Metro Rail.

Age Limit for Chief Financial Officer & General Manager Job: 55 years

Age Limit for Urban Planner Job: 45 years

Age Limit for Assistant Manager (E&M/Lifts & Escalators) Job: 35 years

Age Limit for Manager (Rolling Stock/Civil) Job: 40 years

Age Limit for Deputy General Manager (Rolling Stock/E&M/P&T) Job :45 years
