(KMRL), a joint venture company of Government of India and Government of Kerala issued notification inviting applications on a prescribed format from public for recruitment to 3 posts of Manager (Rolling Stock), Asst. Manager (Power & Traction) and Executive on contract basis initially for three years, further extendable if need be. 1. Manager (Rolling Stock): 1 post
Salary Range: E4 Scale of Rs. 29100-54500 (IDA)
Maximum Age limit: 45 years (as on 1 January 2014)
Qualifications required: Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 8 years’of experience in planning, procurement, contract management, installation, testing and commissioning of Rolling Stock in a Railway/Metro Rail system
2. Asst. Manager (Power & Traction): 1 post
Salary Range: E2 Scale of Rs. 20600- 46500 (IDA)
Maximum Age limit: 35 years (as on 1 January 2014)
Qualifications required: B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years’ of experience or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 6 years ’of experience in Traction systems, power distribution and substations in a Metro/Railway System.
3. Executive: 1 post
Salary Range: E1 Scale of Rs. 16400- 40500 (IDA)
Maximum Age limit: 26 years (as on 1 January 2014)
Qualifications required: Graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering with one year post qualification experience in Instrumentation
Selection Procedure:-Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’performance in the Interview.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview.
Application Fees: Non-refundable application fee is to paid in the form of a crossed Demand Draft of Rs.250 drawn in favor of Kochi Metro Rail Ltd. payable at Kochi.
