AIMA has come up with a new recruitment tool by the name of Management Aptitude and Skills test (MAST) which can be conducted in campus via which companies can hire the right candidates and management students can get the right offers. It was conducted for the first time in the year 2010 at KIIT University, Bhubaneswar.
Corporate regard it as a very effective tool. Close to 100 companies endorse MAST as of today.

Last date of Registration: 18th August 2012
Test date: 23rd September onwards across India
Eligibility Criteria for participation in Management Aptitude and Skills test (MAST), AIMA:
Educational Qualification:
Post Graduation/ MBA Students- 2009 batch and onwards.
MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree/diploma in management from a recognized University/Institute should be of 2 year Full Time or 3 year Part Time or 3 year distance Learning Programme
Students appearing for their final year examinations can also apply.
Exam Pattern: Candidates are required to appear for a computer based test of 150 minutes. Online test will be having the following sections:
- General Ability
- Psychometric Assessment
- Domain Knowledge
Application Fees:
Application fee is Rs 1750 payable online or by Demand Draft in favour of "All India Management Association" payable at New Delhi from any Bank.
