Military Nursing Service Notified Recruitment to the post of Short Service Commissioned Officer

Military Nursing Service invited applications from Women candidates for recruitment to the post of Short Service Commissioned Officer. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format before 14 January 2014.

Name of the Post: short Service Commissioned Officer

 Age Limit:

Candidate should be born between 13 January 1979 and 14 January 1993 (Both days inclusive).

Educational Qualifications:

Candidate must have passed PG or PB B Sc or B Sc Nursing from INC recognized University and be a registered Nurse and Midwife from a State Nursing Council. 

Application Fee:

Candidates have to pay Rs.150/- as Application fee in the form of demand Draft drawn in favor of DGAFMS (APF) Fund, payable at SBI, Central Secretariat, New Delhi.

Pay Scale: 

Basic Pay Rs.15,600 + Grade Pay Rs 5,400/- + Military Service Pay- Rs 4,200/- + DA and other Allowance as per prevailing rates.

Selection Process:

Candidate will be selected on the basis of written examination, interview and Medical Examination.

• Application Form, duly complete in all respect, along with passport size photo attested and duly pasted in the space provided, attested copies of all required Certificates / Documents, should be submitted to the Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defence (Army), Adjutant General’s Branch, Dte Gen of Medical Services (Army)/DGMS-4B, Room No 45, ‘L’ Block Hutments, New Delhi – 110 001 latest by 14 January 2014.
