Ministry of Finance Notified Recruitment for 05 Various Posts 2015

Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Guwahati invited applications for the posts of Section Officer, Accounts Assistant, Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and Lower Division Clerk. The eligible candidates can send the applications through the prescribed format within 45 days from the date of publication of the advertisement i.e., 30 May 2015.

Pay Scale:

• Section Officer- Pay Band-2 Rs.9300-34800+Grade Pay Rs.4600/-
• Accounts Assistant- Pay Band-2 Rs.9300-34800+Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
• Stenographer Grade ‘C’- Pay Band-2 Rs.9300-34800+Grade Pay Rs.4200/-

• Lower Division Clerk- Pay Band-1 Rs.5200-20200+Grade Pay Rs.1900/-

Eligibility Criteria: Officer in the Central Government or State Government or in Courts/Tribunal:

• Section Officer-

1. Holding analogous post on regular basis and having a Degree from a Recognized University or
2. With eight years regular service in the scale of Rs. 5500-175-9000 or equivalent having a Degree from  a Recognized  University

• Accounts Assistant-

1. Holding analogous post on regular basis
2. With three years regular service in the pre-revised pay scale of (Rs. 5000-8000); or
3. With eight years regular service in the pre-revised pay scale of (Rs. 4000-6000) who have undergone training in cash and accounts

• Stenographer Grade ‘C’-

1. Holding analogous post on regular basis
2. With eight years regular service as Steno, Grade D in the scale of Rs. 5200-20200 or equivalent having speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand (English) and 30 words per minute in typing (English)

• Lower Division Clerk- Holding analogous post on regular basis

Selection Procedure

The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the interview/exam conducted by the organization.
