Mumbai University Again Mess UP TYBA Exam Schedule

The Mumbai University again declared the wrong exam schedule for BA third year.

The Mumbai University again declared the wrong exam schedule for BA third year. The exam scheduled was announced on 21 September 2013 and contains wrong names of papers to wrong paper numbers. There are 30 errors in the schedule like paper on Theory of Sampling has became Stratified Sampling while Paper X (history of Marathas) was written as Paper VII.

Another error that was encountered is Paper V (business environment) became Paper IX (export management) while Paper-VI listed as statistics is actually applied statistics-I. While many papers had errors in the numbers, some of the paper name’s were altered drastically.

The university take two weeks to display the correct time table while the exams will be started from 14 October 2013. Students are facing problem due to this.

The Principal said, “Such errors can direct to frustration for students. Though the university was alerted much before, it was corrected only now," he further added that university need a mechanism to avoid these types of errors.
