Eligibility Criteria for Management Associate and Other Posts Job

Educational Qualification:

Management Associate (RSBY)- Graduate Degree in CS/IT, preferably MBA in IT with a minimum 2 years of post-qualification work experience. Computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Power Point. Knowledge of functioning of MoH&FW with respect to RSBY, AABY & others schemes of MoH&FW. Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills in English & Hindi.
Lead Consultant-Immunization- MBBS Graduate with Post-Graduate in Public Health or Health Administration or Community Health or Community Health Administration or Preventive & Social Medicine with minimum 7+ years of experience out of which 3 years relevant experience in RCH/Immunization related programmes.
Consultant- Vaccine & Logistics- Post Graduate degree / diploma in Management or any other related discipline. 2+ years of experience at National level in planning and handling the Routine Immunization related supplies of Vaccine, Syringes and Cold chain. Knowledge & proficiency in computer applications particularly MS office. Knowledge of written and spoken English and working knowledge of Hindi is required.
Technical Officer (RBSK-DEIC)- Advanced degree/post graduate Diploma in Early Intervention and/or Developmental Paediatrics, Pediatric Physiotherapy, Neurodevelopmental Physical Therapy, Developmental Disability, Rehabilitation Administration, Occupational Therapy
Senior Consultant- UIP-Medical Graduate with Post-Graduate in Public Health or Health Management or Community Health or Community Health Administration or Preventive & Social Medicine. Minimum 5+ years of experience out of which 3 years relevant experience in NHM/RCH/Immunization related programmes.
Senior Consultant (Maternal Health)- Maternal Health- MBBS/BDS/BHMS/BAMS/BPT + MD/MPH/MHA/Post Graduate Diploma in Health Management/ MBA in Health Management. Minimum of 5+ years experience in the field of public health of which 2-3 years’ experience in Reproductive and Child Health (RCH) with government at national or state level.
Senior Consultant-Immunization- MBBS with MD/DNB in Community Medicine/Preventive & Social Medicine/Social & Preventive Medicine/Community Health Administration. Minimum 5+ years of experience out of which 1 year relevant experience in RCH/Immunization related programmes.
Senior Consultant-Family Planning- MBBS/BDS/BHMS/BAMS/BPT + MD/MPH/MHA/Post Graduate Diploma in Health Management/MBA in Health Management. Minimum of 5+ years experience in the field of public health of which 2-3 years’ experience in Reproductive and Child Health (RCH) with government at national or state level.
