Office of the Custodian, New Delhi Notified Recruitment for 13 Various Posts 2014

Office of the Custodian, New Delhi invited applications from the eligible candidates for fill up the following posts by transfer on deputation basis. The appointment will be initially for a period of One year, which can be extended upto a period of three (03) Years. The candidates eligible for the post may apply on or before 30 April 2014.

Personnel Secretary (P. S.): 01 Post

Assistants (Group ‘B’ Non- Gazetted): 06 Posts

Steno Group ‘C’: 01 Post

Steno Group ‘D’: 01 Post

Educational Qualification

Officer working under the Central Government or State Government

(i) holding analogous post on regular basis ; or

(ii) with few (relevant)  years’ regular service in lesser pay band; and

(iii) having experience in the relavant field in the Central Government or State Government or in private related organization recognized by the Central Government or State Government.

(iv) Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, E-mail, Power Point and office work is essential.

(v) 80/40 or 100/40 W.P.M speed in shorthand/typewriting (English) for various posts.

Age Limit & Relaxation

The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of the receipt of applications.

Pay Scale/ Salary

• Pay Band PB – 3 and the Pay Scale of Rs. 9,300/- to Rs. 34,800/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400/- Per Month for post 1, Grade Pay of Rs. 4,600/- Per Month for post 2 and Grade Pay of Rs. 4,200/- Per Month for post 3 & 4.
• Pay Band PB – 3 and the Pay Scale of Rs. 5,200/- to Rs. 20,200/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 2,400/- Per Month for post 5.

• Interested candidates may apply in the prescribed proforma duly signed by the applicant alongwith Annual Confidential Reports for the preceding five years’ duly attested by a Gazetted Officer alongwith vigilance clearance, integrity certificate, statement of minor/major penalty, if any, imposed on the officer during the service may be sent through proper channel  to the “Director, Office of the Custodian, The Special Court (Trial of Offences Relating to Transactions in Securities) Act, 1992, Ministry of Finance, GOI, 3rd Floor, Bank of Baroda Bhawan, 16, Parliament Street, New Delhi – 110 001 on or before 30 April 2014.

Selection Procedure

The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test/ Trade Test/ Practical/ Skill Test/ Interviews, which might be conducted by the administration.
