Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Superintendent Home- Master's degree in any of the Social Science subjects viz Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Economics or Anthropology from a recognized university or institution
Deputy Director- First Class Master's Degree in Engineering Or Technology in any discipline from a recognized University or Institution ;and(ii)Five years practical Or professional or teaching experience on a responsible administrative or technical Group-B post in a Government Department, a public sector under taking or a factory registered under the Factories Act, 1948
Technical Assistants- Master's degree (with at least fifty per cent marks) from a recognized university or an institution in Economics or Mathematics or Agriculture Economics or Commerce with Statistics as one of the papers or Master's degree (with at least fifty per cent marks) from a recognized University or an institution in Statistics:
Research Officer- 2nd class Master's Degree in Economics or Mathematics or Agriculture Economics or Commerce or Statistics from a recognized University. However, in case of Master degree in Economics or Mathematics or Agriculture Economics or Commerce, passing Statistics as one of the Papers shall be mandatory.
Assistant Town planner- 2nd class Master's Degree in Economics or Mathematics or Agriculture Economics or Commerce or Statistics from a recognized University. However, in case of Master degree in Economics or Mathematics or Agriculture Economics or Commerce, passing Statistics as one of the Papers shall be mandatory.
Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent Standard is essential for all the posts.
