To offer better employment opportunity for computer science and IT engineering students, Rajiv Gandhi Technical University (RGTU) will all set to launch a new corporate school on 6 June.
Separate wing for corporate school is introduced in RGTU that will be operated by an international software company, EMC Corporation is deemed as a benchmark in the field of Information Technology. To achieve this a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with EMC Corporation would be signed shortly on 5 June 2013.
The primary objective of the EMC, delivers training to students and the faculty of RGTU on recent best technology to get better quality of human resource. Professionals will offer training to 20-25 students of every batch that encompass in the 1-2 week module.
According to the information, approximately 15 lakh jobs to be produced in the field of computer science and IT in next 15 years. This corporate school will help students to grab the appropriate opportunity.
Vice Chancellor of RTGU, professor Piyush Trivedi said this corporate school will help students to find information about the best opportunity at national and international level alongside groom them according to the requirement of the industry demand.
RGTU is connected with various renowned firms in order to implement a campus placement after completion of the degree. On the same stage, 60 meritorious students will receive gold and silver medal through President of India, Pranab Mukherjee.
