Repco Bank, a Government of India Enterprise, has invited applications from Indian Nationals for the Recruitment to 75 Posts of Probationary Officers and Junior Assistant/Clerks Posts across its southern states branches. The Salary structure of employees of the bank is same as that of IBA norms.
Set up by the Government of India, Repco Bank is a fast growing organization that has branches in all the four southern States – Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Kerala, and UT of Puducherry. The Board of Directors of the bank comprises Senior IAS Officers from Central and State Governments and Financial Experts.

NOTE: Vacancy position may vary depending on actual requirement at the time of final process.
Age Limit
For Probationary Officer Posts, the age limit is 21-30 years, i.e., candidates must have been born before 01 June 1992 and 02 June 1983 (both days are inclusive), and for the post of Junior Assistant/Clerks, a candidate’s age must be between 18 – 25 years, that is, candidates must have been born not earlier than after 02 June 1988 and not later than 01 June 1995 (both days are included).
Upper age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification
For Probationary Officer, candidates should have a Graduation or Post-graduation Degree in any discipline with 60% marks from a recognized university.
For Junior Assistant/Clerks, candidates must have a Graduation degree from any UGC recognized university.
NOTE: Knowledge of Southern India Languages (read, write & speak) is required.
Selection Procedure
The final selection for Probationary Officer Posts will be done on the basis of candidates’ performances in Online Written Exam, Group Discussion and Interview. And, for Junior Assistant/clerk Posts, selection procedure will be based on Online Written Exam and Interview only.
Application Fees
For Probationary Officers: General and OBC candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs.500/- while SC/ST/PWD/Repatriates candidates have to pay Rs.350/- as application fees.
For Junior Assistant/clerk: General and OBC candidates will have to pay application fee of Rs.400/- and SC/ST/PWD/Repatriates candidates are required to pay Rs.300/- as application fees.
