RGUKT Notified Recruitment for 8 Various Vacancies 2014

Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT), Hyderabad, invited applications for filling up 8 non-teaching & Senior Administrative posts. Interested candidates should apply online through University official website www.rgukt.in till 3 July 2014.

Vacancy details:

Total vacancies: 8 posts

1. Deputy Registrar/ Chief Administrative Officer: 2 posts

Pay Scale: Rs.21820- 48160

Maximum Age limit: 45 years

Qualifications: Master’s Degree or equivalent with at least 5 years experience as Assistant Registrar; possess knowledge of Computers.

2. Assistant Registrar: 4 posts

Pay Scale: Rs.18030-43630

Maximum age limit: 45 years

Qualifications: Master’s Degree with 3 years experience in a Supervisory capacity; Should possess knowledge of computers.

3. University Librarian: 1 post

Pay Scale: 37400-67000 (UGC))

Maximum age limit: 50 years

Qualifications: On Deputation/ lien/ on contract basis for 3 years and extendable further.

4. Asst. Accounts Officer: 1 post

Pay Scale: 18030- 43630

Maximum age limit: 45 years

Qualifications:  M.Com/ MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter)/ ICWA (Inter) with 3 years experience in Finance/ Accounts/ Audit as an Accountant.

[Age will be reckoned as on 30 June 2014; upper age limit is relax-able for SC/ ST/ BC candidates up to 5 years and for PH persons up to 10 years]

Selection Procedure: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the Interview. 

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the written test and/ or trade test and interview. 

Registration fee:  Non-refundable registration fee of Rs.200 (Rs.100for SC/ ST/ PH candidates) is to be paid through a crossed DD drawn in favour of ‘Registrar, Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies, IIIT Campus Hyderabad’ payable at Hyderabad (A.P).

Alternatively, the amount can also be transferred/ deposited into RGUKT Account No 053310100009363 (IFS code No.  ANDB0000533) Andhra Bank, Saifabad Branch Hyderabad.

Name of the candidate and post applied for should be mentioned on the reverse side of the DD/ transfer slip.                                      

How to Apply:  Interested and eligible candidates should apply online through University official website www.rgukt.in till 3 July 2014.

After applying online, candidates should take a print out of the application and send it along with fee transfer slip /DD in original and attested copies of required certificates by post to the ‘Registrar, Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies, Vindhya C-4 Building, IIIT Campus, Gachibowli, Hyderabad- 500032” so as to reach the concerned authority on or before 7 July 2014.  

On the envelope candidates should super-scribe ‘Name of the post applied for’ and area where applicable.

Candidate willing to apply for more than one post should submit their separate application for each post.  Separate transfer slip/ DD must be submitted if a candidate wants to apply for more than one post.
