SAIL invited online applications for recruitment to the post of Overman, Mining Sirdar, Surveyor and Operator cum Technician Trainee (Electrical). The candidates eligible for the post can apply online on or before 10 February 2015.

Pay Scale:

• Overman: Rs. 16800 – 3% - 24110/-
• Mining Sirdar: Rs. 15830 – 3% - 22150/-
• Surveyor: Rs. 16800 – 3% - 24110/-
• Operator cum Technician Trainee (Electrical): Rs. 16800 – 3% - 24110/-

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Overman: 10^th class passed with 3 years Diploma in Mining Engineering
• Mining Sirdar: 10^th class passed with Mining Sirdar`s certificate of competency.
• Surveyor: 10^th class passed with 3 years Diploma in Mining and Mines Survey.
• Operator cum Technician Trainee (Electrical): 10^th class passed with 3 years Diploma in Electrical engineering.

Age Limit: Candidate’s age must be between 18 to 28 years as on 1 January 2015 for all posts.

Selection Procedure Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of written exam followed by Personal Interview.
