Sarva Shiksha Abhiyaan Society Chandigarh invites application for the 654 post of JBT Teachers on contract basis up to 31 March 2013. The fixed remuneration of Rs 16600 per month would be offered.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

A. Passed Senior Secondary Exam with atleast 50 % marks from recognized board/ university and 2 Years Diploma in Elementary Education

Or

B. Passed Senior Secondary Exam with atleast 45 % marks in accordance with NCTE Regulations, 2002 and 2 Years Diploma in Elementary Education    

Or

Passed Senior Secondary Exam with atleast 50 % marks from recognized board/ university and 2 Years Diploma in Elementary Education (Special Education)

Or

Passed Senior Secondary Exam with atleast 50 % marks from recognized board/university and 4-Years Bachelor of Elementary Education.

C. Passed Teacher Eligibility Test Conducted by CBSE, New Delhi in accordance with guidelines issued by NCTE.

Age Limit: 21-35 years

Selection

Selection will be based on cut off scores based on double the number of vacancies in each category.
