SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination 2011- Schedule for CPT Module II and Module III

The Staff Selection Commission will conduct Computer Proficiency Test (CPT)- Module II and Module III interview of provisionally qualified candidates (Central Region) on 18 February 2012 and 19 February 2012 at Devprayag Institute of Technical Studies, Phaphamau, Allahabad. A total of 395 (out of 1619) candidates have qualified from Central Region (Uttar Pradesh and Bihar) in the Module-I - DEST/ Word Processing test for recruitment to the post of CSS/Asstt. in Combined Graduate Level Exam 2011.

The Commission has also decided to afford opportunity to 21 candidates of List I and List II who had not earlier been called for skill test, to appear for DEST/ Module I, out of which 14 candidates are required to appear for Module II and III on provisional basis.

The Staff Selection Commission will be providing Computer to the candidates for the test wherein the skill test in Computer Proficiency is of qualifying nature. While Module II will test the candidates on their skills in Spread Sheets on Microsoft Excel; Module III will gauge their knowledge in Power Point (Microsoft Power Point). A total of 30 minutes will be given to the candidates to complete the test (15 Minutes for each test).

Immediately after the test is over, the candidate will have to write in his/her own handwriting one paragraph of about 50-60 words from the passage given to his/her on a separate sheet.

Candidates are required to report to the Supervisor one hour before the commencement of the test, or at the reporting time indicated is their Admission certificate
