The Staff Selection Commission has invited online applications for 437 vacancies for various Group B Non-Gazetted posts, including Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translation Officer, Junior Translator, Senior Hindi Translator, and Senior Translator. SSC JHT Age: Upper and Lower Age Limit
As per the official notification, the minimum age limit for SSC Junior Hindi Translator post is 18 years. The maximum age to apply for SSC JHT 2025 exam is 30 years. It implies that a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1995 and not later than 01.08.2007 (both dates inclusive). However, these dates differ for candidates applying for Sub-Inspector (Hindi Translator) in CRPF. They must be born not before 25-06-1995 and not later than 26-06-2007.

SSC Junior Hindi Translator Eligibility: Nationality
This is yet another criterion that every aspirant must fulfil. They must be:
- An Indian Citizen, or
- A citizen of Nepal or Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee who arrived in India before January 1, 1962, intending to settle permanently, or
- Originally from places like Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, Vietnam, etc., and they migrated here to settle down, to apply for SSC JHT 2025 exam.
