TSPSC Group 1 Prelims Exam Date 2024: The dates of the Group I services preliminary exams have been declared by the Telangana State Public Service Commission (APSC). In the official notice, it is mentioned that on June 9, 2024, the preliminary exam is scheduled to take place.
The status of the application and admit card of candidates will be uploaded in the website, tspsc.gov.in. Candidates are requested to check the status of their applications before downloading their admit card.

TSPSC Group 1 Prelims Date 2024 Exam Pattern
The selection process for TSPSC Group 1 will be done in two stages. The details of the exam process are given below:
TSPSC Group 1 Prelims Exam
There will be a preliminary test (objective type) comprising general studies and mental ability. This test is meant to shortlist the number of candidates to be admitted to the written (main) examination. The Preliminary test will be conducted in English, Telugu and Urdu
TSPSC Group 1 Mains Exam
The main examination will be conducted in English, Telugu & Urdu. The papers, except General English, in the Main Examinations shall be answered in English, Telugu or Urdu only as chosen by the candidates. A candidate is not permitted to write part of the paper in English and part of it in Telugu or Urdu.
The paper on general English is a qualifying one and the standard of this paper is that of a secondary school certificate. The minimum qualifying marks in this paper are: for candidates belonging to OCs, Sports and EWS, they should not be less than 40%; for BCs, they should not be less than 35%; and for SCs, STs and PH, they should not be less than 30%. The Marks obtained in this paper are not counted for ranking
TSPSC Group 1 Exam Date 2024 Syllabus
TSPSC Group 1 will be conducted for the posts of civil service in the Telangana State government. The TSPSC Group 1 prelims syllabus consists of general studies and mental ability. The candidates who qualify for the TSPSC Group 1 prelims will be eligible to take the mains examination test.
