Holding analogous - post in the same scale of Pay; or ii. Having five years or regular service in the scale or pay Rs. 15600-39100/ plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/.
Eligibility Criteria for Technical Officer: BCA/B.Sc./Diploma in Computer Science /Electronics Engineering or equivalent. i. Holding analogous post in the same scale or Pay: or ii. Having six years of regular service in the scale of pay Rs. 9300-34800/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/.
