Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Professor Job
Educational Qualification and Age Limit:
i) Master’s Degree with 55% marks ( or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system followed) in the relevant subject or an equivalent degree from an Indian /foreign University.
ii) The applicant must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET or who are or have been awarded a Doctorate with PhD degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum standards and procedure for award of M. Phil/PhD degree ) Regulations, 2009 or 2016 and their amendments from time to time as the case may be. Age limit: Below 40 years as on 01 January 2020.

How to Apply
Interested candidates can apply for University of Calicut Recruitment 2020 through the prescribed format on or before 15 February 2020. 1) Prescribed application form for Online submission and other details are available in the website of University of Calicut (wwwuoc.ac.in)
2) Applicants need to furnish one set self attested photocopies of all certificates/documents In support of their claim (this includes copies of certificates proving age, caste/community, educational qualification, experience teaching/research projects, research publications and all other achievements including credentials in proof of the API scores claimed) along with the print out of the application.
3) Short listed applicants have to submit 6 photocopies of attested of all certificates/documents in support of their claim and original certificates for verification at the time of interview/screening.
