UP Police Constable Selection Process for Written Test
UP Police Constable exam consists of 150 multiple choice questions for a total of 300 marks, with 0.5 negative marks for each incorrect answer. The exam is divided into four sections and has a total duration of 2 hours. To qualify for the next stage, candidates must score equal to or more than the UP Police Constable cut off marks.

UP Police Constable Physical Eligibility
The UP Police Constable Physical Eligibility Test evaluates the endurance and fitness levels of both male and female candidates through a race. Male candidates must complete a 4.8 km run in 25 minutes, while female candidates are required to run 2.4 km in 14 minutes.

UP Police Constable Document Verification
Candidates who pass the UP Police Constable Physical Efficiency Test will advance to the next stage, which involves document verification. Candidates have to produce the original documents with a photocopy of the same at the time of DV. This stage ensures the authenticity of the documents candidates uploaded during the registration process.
