Yogi Vemana University, Kadapa, AndhraPradesh has announced the result of BSc Final Year Examination 2013 conducted by the University in the month of March/April. Yogi Vemana University is a newly fangled University in Kadapa district of Andhra Pradesh, having its West Campus at Idupulapaya. Earlier, YUV was a part of Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, hence was known as Sri Venkateswara University PG Centre, Kadapa. This PG centre at Kadapa was inaugrated on 20th November, 1977 as a constituent institute of Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati.
At present, YVU comprises 15 departments that offers courses in 17 disciplines in Languages/ Humanities/Physical and Bio-Sciences, Human Resources Management, MBA & MCA and New Sciences like Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Geoinformatics and Earth Sciences. The University also offers Five year integrated M.Sc. Courses in Earth Sciences and Bioinformatics.
