BG Srinivas, President and Member of the Board of Infosys resigned

President and board member of Infosys, BG Srinivas resigned. The resignation will be effective from 10 June 2014.

BG Srinivas, the President and member of the board of Infosys resigned on 28 May 2014. The resignation will be effective from 10 June 2014. Srinivas has served Infosys for 15-years and was appointed as the company President in January 2014 along with UB Pravin Rao.

This resignation came at a time, when the company is on the search for the first-time non-founder CEO for the company.
