The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences has announced the Nobel Prize for Chemistry for the year 2024. The award was given half to David Baker and the other half jointly to Demis Hassabis and John M. The jumper has been given. He has made important contributions in the field of protein science.

The Ministry of External Affairs has confirmed the appointment of senior diplomat Sanjeev Kumar Singla as the next Ambassador of India to France. Singla is currently India's Ambassador to Israel. He is a 1997 batch Indian Foreign Service officer.

This year's Nobel Prize for Physics was awarded to John Hopfield (John J. Hopfield and Geoffrey Hinton (Geoffrey E. Hinton), which was announced by the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences in Stockholm, Sweden. This year's Nobel laureates used tools from physics to develop methods that form the basis of today's powerful machine learning.
