Pakistan successfully conducted a test flight of its indigenously-made guided multi-launch rocket system, Fatah-1 on August 24, 2021. The rocket is capable of delivering conventional warheads up to a range of 140 kilometres.

Mother Teresa's 111th Birth Anniversary was commemorated on August 26, 2021. She was born on August 26, 1910 in Skopje. She came to India in 1929, where she worked at St Mary’s High School for girls. She soon realized that her calling was to help the poor and underprivileged.
