Delhi State Cabinet Raised the Retirement Age for Nurses

India Current Affairs 2011. The Delhi state Cabinet decided to increase the age of retirement of Nursing Teaching Faculty in the nursing institutions of the Delhi Government from 60 to 65 years

The Delhi  state Cabinet on 16 May 2011 decided to increase the age of retirement of Nursing Teaching Faculty with M.Sc in Nursing in the nursing institutions of the Delhi Government from 60 to 65 years. The cabinet decision will be subjected to the condition that they continue to function as faculty members after the age of 60 years. The Delhi state cabinet also approved the revised rules and guidelines for the betterment of Scheduled Caste habitations.
