Gujarat Election Result 2024: BJP has once again sweeps Gujarat and clinched 25 seats across the state. Congress has won one seat which was indication to his comeback to the state.  It is noted that BJP has won all the 26 seats in 2019 in the state and Congress remained null in Gujarat.

Out of seven phases of Lok Sabha election across the country, Gujarat  went to polls in a single phase on May 7,2024. Gujarat has its own importance for the Lok Sabha Election Result 2023 as it is the home state of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah. 

Gujarat has played a crucial role for the emergence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and it has become a nightmare for the opposition including Congress and AAP to clinch the state. Bhartiya Janta Party has clean sweep in Gujarat after winning 25 seats whereas only one has been won by Congress. Gujarat has traditionally been a stronghold for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and it has succeeded in securing all the 26 seats in the 2019 and 2014 general elections. Apart from these, BJP has also succeeded in retaining the 2022 state Assembly elections in which it has won 156 out of 182 seats.
