India won three-match T20 Series against Zimbabwe, 2-1

At Harare, the series decider went right down to the last ball. After restricting India to 138 for six, the hosts got close to the target before ending at 135 losing six wickets.

India on 22 June 2016 won the three-match T20 series against Zimbabwe 2-1. In the third and final match played at Harare, India defeated Zimbabwe by a narrow three-run margin.

Winning the toss and electing to ball first, Zimbabwe succeeded in restricting India to 138 for six in 20 overs. In the second innings, the hosts got close to the target before ending at 135 losing six wickets.

• 1st Match: It was played at Harare sports club, Harare, Zimbabwe on 18 June 2016. Zimbabwe defeated India by 2 runs. Elton Chigumbura was adjudged as the Man of the Match.

• 2nd Match: It was played at Harare sports club, Harare, Zimbabwe on 20 June 2016. India defeated Zimbabwe by 10 wickets. Barinder Sran was adjudged as the Man of the Match.

• 3rd Match: It was played at Harare sports club, Harare, Zimbabwe on 22 June 2016. India defeated Zimbabwe by 3 runs. Kedar Jadhav was adjudged as the Man of the Match.
