The MoU between Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd (NPCIL) and Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) signed the MoU on 4 November 2009 for setting up Nuclear Power Plants in India for generation of electricity and any other area as mutually agreed.
A Joint Venture Company (JVC) was incorporated in the name of NPCIL-Indian Oil Nuclear Energy Corporation Limited.
