Tata Capital's wholly-owned subsidiary, Tata Capital Pte Singapore entered into a limited liability partnership with Mizuho Securities Co Ltd. The partnership would raise private equity funds of half a billion dollars across Asia. 20 to 25 % of the funds was raised in India while the rest would be raised in Japan, East Asia, West Asia and other parts of APAC by leveraging the Mizuho network.
