1. (c) Nagaland
Nagaland has become the first amongst the North-Eastern States and the second state overall in India to launch the single emergency number ‘112’ under ERSS. The state has integrated the emergency system with Tourist Police and Highway patrol and will expand to interior districts subsequently.

The UK government has confirmed an amendment to a new weapons bill going through the Parliament to ensure that it would not impact the right of the British Sikh community to possess and supply kirpans, or religious swords.
3. (a) Dr Rajendra Prasad
The nation paid homage to its first President, Dr Rajendra Prasad, on the occasion of his 134th birth anniversary on December 3, 2018. Dr Prasad was remembered for his invaluable service to the nation both as a freedom fighter and as the first President.
