DHSE Kerala SAY 2019: Improvement Exam Schedule released, Check at dhsekerala.gov.in

DSHE Kerala SAY Improvement Exam 2019- Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE), Kerala has announced the improvement exam schedule for the DHSE Kerala SAY 2019 exam. DHSE Kerala SAY, also known as Intermediate improvement exam or class 12 improvement exam will be conducted in order to offer a second chance to the students who were not successful in the DHSE Kerala Plus two exams in the first attempt. Kerala DHSE 12th exams were held from March 6 to March 27, 2019, for which the results were declared on May 8, 2019. The overall pass percentage recorded this year was 84.33%- a dip from 88.75% last year. As per the Kerala Plus Two Result 2019, Science stream had performed the best with an overall pass percentage of 86.04% followed by Commerce and Arts with 84.33% and 83.44% pass percentages, respectively.

However, the DHSE Kerala Plus Two Result 2019 did not ring in success for all the students. Such students need not be disappointed as the Board is here with another opportunity to improve the final scores. As per the official document, the DHSE Kerala 12th Improvement exams will be held from June 10 to June 17, 2019. • June 10, 2019- History, Accountancy, Physics, Islamic History and Culture, Electronics Service Technology, Communicative English, Electronic Systems, Geography, Music, English Literature, Gandhian Studies.
• June 11, 2019-Journalism, Computer Application, Geology, Economics, Statistics, Home Science
• June 12, 2019- Chemistry, Sociology, Sanskrit Sastra, Business Studies, Philosophy Anthropology and Political Science
• June 13, 2019- English (Part I, II), Computer Science and Information Technology, Computer Information Technology
• June 17, 2019- Mathematics, Psychology, Part III Languages, Electronics, Sanskrit Sahitya, Biology, Social Work, Computer Science

Now that we have the complete schedule of the DHSE Kerala SAY 2019 improvement exams, students must know the eligibility criteria required to appear for the improvement exams. Listed below are the eligibility criteria for the same;

Eligibility to appear for DHSE Kerala SAY 2019 Improvement Exam

• Compartmental students who have scored D+ grade or above in the class 12 exams for either five subjects can register for one subject in which he/she failed to secure d+ grade or above grade
• Regular students who appeared for DHSE Kerala 12th exams and attained D+ OR Above grade for all the six subjects are eligible to take the improvement exam
• Candidates who did not register for the Kerala plus two exams are not eligible to appear  for the DHSE Kerala SAY 2019 exam
• A candidate cannot appear for the SAY and improvement exam at the same time
• Candidates who want to appear for improvement exam in Biology will have to attend both Zoology and Botany exams
