Karnataka PUC Exam 2020 English Paper Date Announced: As per the latest update, the Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka has formally announced the examination date for the sole pending paper for English Subject. As per the announcement, Karnataka 2nd PUC English Exam 2020 will be held on 18th June 2020 in morning session. Earlier, the exam for English subject was postponed by the department following the outbreak of COVID-19 in the state as a precautionary measure to curb the spread of COVID-19. However, now with lockdown measures being ease, the state government and PUE Department is all set to hold the exams on 18th June 2020. On similar lines, KSEEB is also going to hold the pending SSLC Exam for 10th Class students from Karnataka Board starting from 25th June 2020.

Exam to be held in Morning Session

To confirm the development, PUE Department released an official notification which confirmed the date and time for Karnataka 2nd PUC Exam 2020 English Paper. According to the notification, the exam is scheduled to be held in the morning session for all the students. The English subject paper for Karnataka PUC Exam 2020 will commence at 10:15 AM and 1:30 PM.

Exam to be held under Strict COVID-19 precautions

Similar to SSLC Exams 2020, the PUC Exam 2020 will also be held under strict implantation of the COVID-19 guidelines and precautions. To ensure that students and invigilators who are at the exam centres remain free from Coronavirus infection, the board has made elaborate arrangements including making masks compulsory for all people entering the exam hall. In addition to this, the board will also make available hand sanitizers as well as water and soap at the exam centres for all students.
