KEA First Round Option Entry 2026: Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released a formal guideline for candidates who are appearing in the First Round Option Entry for the courses of M.Sc Nursing, Master of Physiotherapy (MPT), and M.Sc Allied Health Sciences (AHS) for 2026. Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) strictly recommends the candidates to do proper analysis and selection of college and courses offline before filling preferences on the online portal cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. 

All the preferences filled during the first round will form the base of all priorities for further rounds of seat allotment. In order to avoid any mistake or last-minute selection of the college and course, the candidate is advised to make a rough note of his/her preferences on a piece of paper before finally submitting the options through the official portal. As the candidate's choice made in this round will affect all further seat allotment, new options cannot be filled by the candidate in any other round. After doing a complete evaluation of seat matrix, standard of institutions, specialization of the courses and fee structure, the candidate should save his/her options. The candidate should keep the printout of saved options page for future reference.
