KLEE 2026 Stray Round Option Registration: The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has started the KLEE 2026 stray vacancy option registration for admission to the three-year LLB course. Eligible candidates can register their fresh options through the official CEE Kerala website. The option registration window opened on September 30, 2026.
Candidates who are eligible to participate in the KLEE 2026 Three-Year LLB stray vacancy allotment can submit their options until October 3, 2026, at 11 AM. The stray vacancy round will be conducted to fill seats that remain vacant or arise after the vacant seat allotment process.
The schedule for the KLEE 2026 stray vacancy allotment and the subsequent college joining process will be announced separately by CEE Kerala. Candidates are advised to complete the option registration within the prescribed deadline.
KLEE 2026 Stray Round: Who Can Register?
Candidates who have been included in the KLEE Three-Year LLB 2026 rank list and fulfil the prescribed eligibility criteria can participate in the stray vacancy allotment.
However, candidates who have already taken admission to a college or received an allotment in the previous vacant seat allotment are not eligible to participate in the KLEE 2026 stray vacancy round.

KLEE 2026 Stray Round Registration Fee
Candidates participating in the KLEE 2026 Three-Year LLB stray vacancy allotment are required to pay an option registration fee. The category-wise fee is given below:

KLEE 2026 Stray Vacancy Allotment: Important Rules
CEE Kerala has specified several rules for candidates participating in the KLEE 2026 Three-Year LLB stray vacancy allotment:
- Candidates who have already been admitted to a college cannot participate in the stray vacancy allotment.
- Candidates who received an allotment in the vacant seat allotment are also not eligible.
- Probable vacancies arising due to category conversions may also be considered during the allotment.
- Candidates should consider such probable vacancies while submitting their options.
- A seat allotted through the stray vacancy round cannot be changed later.
- Candidates allotted a seat in this round will not be eligible for any subsequent allotment, even if they do not complete the admission process.
- If seats remain vacant after the round, CEE Kerala may conduct a second stray vacancy allotment or college-level stray vacancy allotment, wherever applicable.
