VTU Results 2020: Students can now check their VTU 2020 results for the various undergraduate and postgraduate courses. As per media reports, Visvesvaraya Technological University has released the semester results of B. E, B. Tech, CBCS and Non-CBCS courses. Anxious students awaiting the results can now check the same by visiting the official website. The 2020 VTU results released so far are for the 1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th/6th/7th/8th semesters. The session exams of Visvesvaraya Technological University for the even semester were conducted in the month of December - January. The students will be regarded as qualifying the semester if they secure the minimum qualifying marks criteria specified by the University. Students will be promoted to the next semester or higher course on the basis of the norms of VTU.
In case a student is not satisfied with the marks awarded, then s/he can apply for re-evaluation and recounting of the particular answer script(s). To apply for the same, students will be required to fill in the re-evaluation/recounting form made available on the official website of the Visvesvaraya Technological University. The application form has to be filled in before the last date specified.
VTU Results 2020 – How to Check
- Visit the official website - vtu.ac.in
- Click on ‘Results’ under ‘Testing’
- In the window that appears, select faculty, exam name and enter your roll number
- Your VTU 2020 result will appear on the screen
- Check and download your marksheet for future references
The result of VTU will include details such as the candidate’s name and roll number, subject name, overall status (p/ f), remarks. marks and grade for each subject, percentage, exam name and year/ semester. It is, however, important to note that the VTU 2020 results released online are provisional in nature. Visvesvaraya Technological University will issue the original marksheets to all the students who appeared in the semester exams.
