    Andhra Pradesh Open School Society (APOSS) Inter Result 2013 has been declared on 29 May 2013, at 4:30 PM. Candidates who had appeared in the examination can now check out their result that will consist of the scores and the merit rank lists.

    Students can check their result online on http://www.apopenschool.org/ by entering their hall ticket numbers.

    The APOSS conducts Intermediate exams every year during April/May for the children/persons of the State who are generally not catered to by the formal system of school education.
    Registered under the Andhra Pradesh Public Societies Act on 20th of February 1991, A.P. Open School Society is an autonomous society that was inaugurated on the ‘Ugadi Day’, the 17th of March 1991. APOSS is the first State Open School of the country. Its preliminary objectives are to provide pre-elementary Education through Open and Distance Learning (ODL) mode to School drop-outs and those missing Upper Primary stage of education and to attain Universalisation of Elementary Education (UEE) in the State.
    APOSS is also aimed at providing continuing education to adult neo-literates, working men and women in order to reinforce their functional literacy while not allowing them to relapse into illiteracy.
    The Hon’ble Chief Minister and the Hon’ble Education Minister of Andhra Pradesh are the Chief Patron and the Patron of APOSS, respectively.
