- Joint Director: Doctoral degree in any discipline of Agricultural Sciences with specialization in Natural Resource Management and three years experience as Principal Scientist/Professor or in an equivalent position.
- Project Coordinator (Soil Test Crops Response): Doctoral degree in Soil Sciences/Agricultural Chemistry/Soil Science & Agricultural Chemistry or in basic sciences with specialization in crop nutrient management.
- Project Coordinator (MULLARP): Doctoral degree in Agricultural/Basic Sciences with specialization in Crop improvement/crop production/crop protection.
- Project Coordinator (Cotton Improvement): Doctoral degree in Agricultural/Basic Sciences with specialization in Crop Improvement/Crop Production/Crop Protection.
- Project Coordinator (Sesame & Niger): Doctoral degree in Agricultural/Basic Sciences with specialization in Crop improvement/crop production/crop protection.
