Eligibility Criteria
State Project Manager – HR and Administration
- Aspirants are required to possess Post Graduation degree in Management /Social Work / Rural Development.
- Applicants must have at least 5 years of working experience.
- Intended candidates should possess significant experience in conducting training
- Programme and capacity building events in Social / Community Development sector.
- Besides this, the job seekers must have adequate knowledge of training need assessment and participatory training methodology.
- Age Limit: The age of the applicants should be between 25 and 45 years.
Chief Financial Officer
- Applicants must possess P G Degree in commerce / Management / ICWAI/ CA. In addition to this, the candidates should have overall hierarchical managerial experience of over 5years in Social / Community Development Sector project funded by World or central Govt or experience in PSU.
OR
- Aspirants must have at least ten years of experience as FAO or Senior grade positions in Accounts from Government department/ government organizations / training institute or equivalent in the cadre of AFS.
- Age Limit: The candidate’s age should not exceed 63 years.
Finance Officer – Procurement
- Job seekers should possess MBA degree with specialization in Finance.
- Further, the aspirants must have at least 2 years of working experience in similar capacity in social / community development sector project funded by World Bank / Central Govt or in PSUs.
- Age Limit: The age of the applicants should not be below 25 years and above 40 years.
