Eligibility Criteria for Assistant and Deputy Manager Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Assistant Manager (HR): candidate should be Non-Engineering Graduate from a recognised university. Candidate should have 03 years post qualification experience in the relevant filed.
Assistant Manager (Production): candidate should have completed Graduation in Engineering from a recognised university with 03 years’ post qualification in shop floor production and related field.
Deputy Manager (Assistant Company Secretary): candidate should be an associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and should have minimum 05 years of post qualification experience in a reputed company.
Deputy Manager (Manufacturing): candidate should have completed Graduation in Engineering from a recognised university with 03 years’ post qualification relevant field.
