Vacancy Details

1. Jr. Staff Nurse (Trainee): 8 posts
Essentials Qualifications & Experience required: B.Sc (Nursing)/3 years Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery
or (10+2) with Science; valid registration in Nursing Council of India/State Nursing Council with at least 1 year post-qualification experience in a Hospital/Nursing home.

2. Pharmacist (Trainee): 2 posts
Essentials Qualifications & Experience required: Degree in Pharmacy or (10+2) with Diploma in Pharmacy of minimum 2 years duration; Registration with Indian Pharmacy Council/State Pharmacy Council; at least 1 year post-qualification experience in a Hospital/Nursing home.

Age Limit: for both the posts (as on 1 February 2014)
Minimum: 18 years
Maximum: 28 years

Remuneration: (for both the posts)

During 1st year of training: Rs.10700 per month (Consolidated)
During 2nd year of training: Rs.12200 per month (Consolidated)

Pay Scale: Rs.9160-3%-13150 in Grade S3 (for both the posts on regularization after completion of training)

Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidate’s performance in the written test and Interview. Candidates found eligible will be allowed to appear in the Written Test. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the Written Test will be intimated to appear for the Interview.

Information regarding Written Test and Interview will be provided in the Admit Card and through the website.
All documents related to eligibility will be verified at the time of Interview.

Application fees: Non-refundable application fees of Rs.250 (for General and OBC candidates)/processing fee of Rs.50 only (for SC/ST/PwD/departmental candidates) is to be deposited in a specially opened account No.32549519300 with State Bank of India Sector-1 Branch, Bhilai, on behalf of BSP, SAIL.

The fee has to be deposited in any branch of SBI, up to the last date of submission of online application, through the Pay in Slip (SBI Challan) that can be downloaded and printed from SAIL website www.sail.co.in after filling in the required details.

Candidates will have to bear the Bank Charges of certain amount to be paid to the collection branch in addition to the applicable application/processing fee.

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through SAIL's website: www.sail.co.in till 17 March 2014.

On submission of the online application form, a unique registration number will be generated by the System. Candidates should take a print-out of the online submitted form with unique registration number mentioned on it and retain it for future use.

NOTE: The unique Journal Number and Branch Code of the branch collecting the money is to be filled up in the online Registration form by the candidate.

Candidates must retain a copy of Pay in Slip and Registration Slip for future reference.
