Bihar Public Service Commission Recruitment of Assistant Prosecution Officer 2011

The Bihar Public Service Commission came into existence from 1st April 1949 after its separation from the Commission for the States of Orissa and Madhya Pradesh began its functioning for the State of Bihar with its headquarters at Ranchi. It was finally shifted to Patna on 1st March 1951. It invites application from eligible candidates for the post of Assistant Prosecution Officer.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Candidate should be a Law Graduate from a recognised University

Age Limit (as on 1 August 2010): Maximum 37 years (male); Maximum 40 years (female)

Pay Scale: Rs 9300-34800; Grade Pay 4800

Application Fee: Application fee for General and OBC category candidates is Rs 350 and Rs 125 for SC/ST of Bihar. The fee should be deposited in any branch of State Bank of India through a payment challan.
