Eligibility Criteria for Consultant Post Job

Educational Qualification:

• Young Professionals- Bachelor’s degree or technical qualification in relevant subject/field
• Junior Consultants- Persons having Masters Degree in relevant subject or technical qualification or equivalent in relevant subject/field
• Senior Consultants-Persons having Masters Degree in relevant subject or technical qualification or equivalent in relevant subject/field
• Retried Government Employee as Consultants – Educational qualification shall not be applicable

TsOR for the engagement of Senior Consultants

• Senior Consultant (Legal)- LLB degree from recognized University with 7 years of experience in legal matters with Government ,autonomous bodies, private organization or international bodies. Proficiency in English and Hindi
• Senior Consultant (Coordination)-Master degree in any stream/MBA or equivalent with 7 years of experience in legal matters Government, autonomous bodies, private organization or international bodies. Proficiency in working on computers, excellent communication skill in English and Hindi
• Senior Consultant (Inspection & Monitoring)- Master degree in Social Work/Sociology/Psychology or equivalent with minimum 07 years of experience of working as Social worker in PSU/Private organization /International NGOs  or in child development /child protection in Child Care Institutions/Specialized Adoption Agency/District Child Protection Unit/Child Welfare Committee/State Adoption Resource Agency.Proficiency in English and Hindi

• Junior Consultant (Counseling) - Master’s degree or equivalent in Psychology or equivalent with having 03 to 07 years’ experience.
• Junior Consultant (Media)- Master’s degree or equivalent in Journalism/Mass Communication/Public Relations  or equivalent with having 03 to 07 years’ experience
• Junior Consultant (Help Desk/Public Grievances)- Graduate with Post Graduate Diploma in Public administration/Public Relation with having 03 to 07 years’ experience in Government ,autonomous bodies, private organization or international NGOs.
• Junior Consultant (NOC)- Post Graduate in Social Work /Sociology/Psychology or equivalent in related fieldwith having 03 to 07 years’ experienceof working as Social worker in PSU/Private organization /International NGOs  or in child development /child protection in Child Care Institutions/Specialized Adoption Agency/District Child Protection Unit/Child Welfare Committee/State Adoption Resource Agency.Proficiency in English and Hindi
• Junior Consultant (In-Country Relative Adoption)- B.Tech (IT) from recognized University with minimum 03 to 07 years’ experience in compilation and presentation of data, management information system in supervisory capacity , in Government/Autonomous Bodies/PSUs/Private Organization /International NGOs
• Junior Consultant( Inspection and Monitoring)- Masters in Social Work/Sociology/Psychology or equivalent in related field or LLB  with having 03 to 07 years’ experience in child development /Child protection in Child Care Institutions/Specialized Adoption Agency/District Child Protection Unit/Child Welfare
• Junior Consultant (Training & Development)- Master’s Degree or equivalent  with having 03 to 07 years’ experiencein academic /training and development

• Young Professionals- 28 years
• Junior Consultants-35 Years
• Senior Consultants-55 Years
• Retried Government Employee as Consultants- 65 Years
