Eligibility Criteria for Managerial Posts

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• General Manager - Graduate having minimum 55% marks and MBA/ PGDM/ PGP in Human Resource Management with minimum 55% marks.He/ she should have minimum 18 years of post qualification work experience in the Human Resource Management.
• Assistant General Manager/ Chief Manager Design - B.E./ B.Tech. Degree with minimum 12 years of post qualification experience.
