The UPSEE result 2014 is likely to be announced today. UPSEE is a state level examination which is conducted every year to provide admissions to students into various under graduate and post graduate courses.

UPSEE stands for Uttar Pradesh state entrance examination and is one of the most reputed universities in the entire nation.
Once the UPSEE results 2014 is declared, students selected are supposed to attend counselling sessions and complete the formalities as directed by the university. As the UPSEE result 2014 (SEE UPTU Results 2014) will be announced today, the counselling schedule will also be announced side by side.
The exam for UG courses was conducted on 20 April 2014 and around 1.83 lakh candidates appeared for the exams. For the PG courses the exam was conducted on 27 April 2014. Those who will pass the exam will be able to secure admissions into 302 B.Tech, 13 B.Arch, 407 MBA, 134 MCA, 33 M. pharma and 40 M. tech institutes affiliated to the University.
As far as 2013 statistics are concerned, 80% candidates managed to pass the examinations and the girls outshined the boys. The pass percentage recorded last year was 81.8%.
These examinations are of extreme importance. UPSEE is a public university located in Uttar Pradesh and was set up by government of India on 8th May 2000. As stated above, the university offers various undergraduate courses in engineering, architecture, hotel management, fashion design, pharmacy and so on. The university is also into offering post graduate courses in computer applications and business administrations.
