Eligibility Criteria for Dy GM (Engg) and Manager (HR) Post

Educational Qualification:

• Deputy General Manager (Engg)– BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a UGC/AICTE recognized university/institution.
• Manager (HR) – MBA with specialization in HR/HRM/HRD/Personnel Management/PM&IR OR PG Degree/PG Diploma in HR/HRM/HRD/PM/PM & IR from a UGC/AICTE recognized university/institution with 60% marks.

Age Limit for CRWC Dy GM (Engg) and Manager (HR) Post

As on 20.11.2015: Maximum age limit 50 Years. No reservation for reserved categories, PH/Ex serviceman candidates.
